Ordered hopper mice for my snakes. Shipped very fast and arrived very well packed and frozen solid. I was getting frozen mice from PetSmart for my snakes and sizing was hit or miss as well as my snakes didn’t seem that interested in them/wouldn’t eat. My snakes love the mice from Big Cheese Rodent Factory. Zero feeding issues now. I’m about to get another snake and will be ordering more mice!

This year I gave them a try. I have a collection of kingsnakes to keep fed. I recently received my third order from Big Cheese; their products, packaging, shipping, and customer service are top notch! I plan to now use them as my primary source for frozen mice.

So this is my first time using big cheese to order my rodents everything that I ordered was In the box and it was delivered in the amount of time there website said it would be delivered since I live in the upper Midwest. I am so glad I decided to go with Big Cheese Rodent Factory. Phenomenal quality! This was my first order from them and I was so happy when I opened the box. I have previously ordered from (Company Name Removed) and I was not impressed. These guys are organized, the critters were not crushed/smashed and they were fully intact, unlike the ones I received from (Company Name Removed). I ordered rat pinkies, rat pups, small rats, colossal mice, and day old quail. All the packages were immaculate!! Im so happy I switched!! Thank you The Big Cheese! 🧀

I got my shipment of weaned rats today. The shipment was on time as it said, the rats were cleaned and packaged nice, still frozen and I am very pleased. After FedEx lost my first shipment… I received the replacement shipment yesterday! My snakes ate this morning :-).I have never ordered from The Big Cheese Rodent Factory before. I have gotten rats from expos and other online retailers. I used AI to hunt through options and landed with you. A few points… First, with the FedEx problem. I could not have dreamed of a better response from your company. I appreciate how quickly you shipped out the replacement rats! Second, your rats are the cleanest rats I have ever seen, and packaged extremely well!. My snakes are great eaters (2 adult ball pythons a juvenile boa and an adult boa) . All of the snakes ate immediately when the rats were offered.I want to thank and praise you for this entire experience.
