I am really impressed at how well packaged everything was! I ordered some frozen rats and couldn’t be happier! From the packaging to the cleanliness of the rats you can tell that Big Cheese Rodents knows what they are doing! BCR was out of a size of rats I needed so I ordered from (Company name removed), boy was I disappointed the rats were dirty and stunk. I will only order from BCR from now on!
My shipment was one day late due to FedEx and not Big Cheese Rodent Factory. With that said, I was extremely pleased to open the box to frozen feeders still frozen because of the care Big Cheese Rodent Factory took. My shipment arrived frozen still after being shipped three days prior. Thank you Big Cheese Factory for your attention to detail and phenomenal customer service!
Amazing quality. Rodents are clean. Packaging and shipping is impeccable, especially for the price. To go anywhere else is just wasting money. These are my go too anytime….
I LOVE this place! I’ve never had a feeder supplier ship as fast! I live in Texas and if I order on Monday, I receive on Wednesday! OUTSTANDING service! The quality of rodents I get are TOP NOTCH as well! Did I say I love this place?
I’ve been ordering from this place for the last decade. If I had to guess, I have probably around 150 orders through the years if not more. Out of 150 orders, I may of had a small issue with two or three. Those issues were fixed as soon as I called the next business day. I have no problem recommending BCRF to anybody looking for frozen feeders.
Outstanding prices, amazing quality, and affordable shipping. I’ve ordered from a lot of different places, and was so amazed by the quality of their mice. They are large, clean, and very nicely packed. I kid you not- there was not a single dropping or piece of bedding stuck to these mice. Most frozen rodent suppliers suffer from that problem, BCR does not.
