Shipping
All orders are shipped in insulated boxes, packed with dry ice and are guaranteed to be delivered frozen.
We utilize several forms of shipping to meet the needs of your order.
Shipping is free for orders $159 and over, and $29 for any order under $159.
In order to prevent orders from sitting in a warehouse or on delivery trucks over weekends, we only ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. If you need a specific delivery date, please contact our office.
The number of shipping days in transit vary and shipping delays do occur. All orders are shipped via FedEx ground transport and range from overnight delivery to up to 7 days depending on your location. We ship thousands of package per month and have a 99.6% success rate. Rest assured that your order may be delivered late but it will still be frozen.
FedEx Ground
We use FedEx ground delivery service for the majority of our orders. Orders ship Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday if using ground delivery. Packages are guaranteed by 4:30 p.m. to businesses and by 7 p.m. to residences.

Shipping Note: Please be advised that FedEx cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required. Your order will be shipped in a discreet box for your privacy.
Air Freight
We utilize American, Delta and United airlines for shipments requiring air transport. Minimum shipment weight for this service is 75 lbs. All shipments must be shipped to commercial airports that have cargo facilities of the above airlines. Air cargo shipments must be picked up at the airline’s cargo facility.
Delivery may be scheduled to your location, but additional charges will apply (please contact our office for availability of this optional service). All Air Cargo shipments are guaranteed to arrive frozen.

Orders placed between Wednesday 1:00 pm (Central Time) and Monday 12:59 PM (Central Time) will ship on Monday.
Orders placed between Monday 1:00 PM (Central Time) and Tuesday 12:59 PM (Central Time) will ship on Tuesday.
Orders placed between Tuesday 1:00 PM (Central Time) and Wednesday 12:59 PM (Central Time) will ship on Wednesday.
Insulated Shipping Boxes
We utilize 8 different sizes of insulated shipping boxes. Your order can be shipped in a discreet box for your privacy. Just request a discreet box when placing your order. All orders are guaranteed to be delivered frozen.
Pick Up Frozen Orders
Pick up frozen orders cannot be placed online. Please call us at 817-926-3300 to place the order by phone. Frozen orders may be picked up at our main facility located in Fort Worth, Texas. We do have additional restrictions for this service. Please contact our sales office at 817-926-3300 for further information.
