— A Few Things To Know —

– You must accept delivery of your shipment even if the package is late. We pack orders to handle up to 9 days in transit in some cases. Rejected orders will not be refunded. No exceptions.

– Please allow time between when you receive your tracking number and checking the tracking number. Tracking numbers become valid usually after 5 PM CST on the day we ship the order.

– We use FedEx because they are extremely reliable, but on occasion shipments are delayed. We pack all orders to handle extra days in transit. On average, our shipments will last 7-8 days. Please do not be concerned if your shipment is delayed. Even if the package is extremely late, you must accept delivery of the shipment. Failure to do so will nullify our frozen delivery guarantee.
