All orders are shipped in insulated boxes, packed with dry ice and are guaranteed to be delivered frozen. We utilize several forms of shipping to meet the needs of your order. The Big Cheese Rodent Factory has customers all over the world. We are able to ship to most countries via air freight. To inquire about your international order please call our sales office at (817) 926-3300.
Live Orders
Live orders may be picked up at our facilities located in Texas. We do have a $25.00 minimum order amount for facility pick-ups. We do have additional restrictions for this service; please contact our sales office at (817) 926-3300 for further information. Sorry, we do not ship live rodents.
